We shall not be quiet: Musicians head for the City Square.
When the Melbourne Jazz Co-operative began its 30th anniversary celebrations on 25 January 2013 with a procession of musicians playing their hearts out and wearing their hearts on their sleeves, it was a noteworthy plea for the Victorian Government to reconsider Arts Victoria’s refusal to fund the co-op this year.
